Following his return to the big screen Spider-Man will be at the Comic Bug to take photos with fans and be a part of this sensational event. Appearing with Spidey are these hardworking comic book creators: Richard Starkings (“Elephantmen”), Rafael Navarro (“Sonambulo,” “Guns A’Balzin”), Jeff Stokely (“The Reason for Dragons”), Michael O'Hare (“Masters of the Universe”), Phil Ortiz (“The Simpsons”), Ray Anthony Height (“Midnight Tiger”), Ralph Miranda (“Man Fighting Street”), Chris Kawagiwa (“The Tell”), Lord Mesa (Chibi Hero Prints), Axel Ortiz (G.E.E.K.), D.j. Kirkbride (“Amelia Cole”), Kevin Altieri (“Batman: The Animated Series”), Barbara Kesel (editor of “Watchmen”) and still more to be announced.

The Street Kings and Rockin’ Ice food trucks will be there for when you get hungry and there will be thousands of Jarritos sodas for the thirsty ones.

There will be in store discounts and 20% of the proceeds on Free Comic Book Day will go to the Bill Mantlo Support Fund.

The event goes from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday May 3rd. For more information and to RSVP be sure to check out The Comic Bug’s Facebook Event Page.
