Spider-Man is a busy superhero. With “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” coming out on May 2, a sneak peek of the movie debuting on New Year’s Eve and the holidays, the superhero is very busy. Perhaps that is enough explanation for why the hero watched a reporter on “Good Morning America” drop to the floor, instead of catching her on the high platform above Times Square.
“SuperHeroHype” on Sunday reported that Spider-Man was first seen in Times Square and the comic book hero is expected to be part of the program with the ball dropping on New Year’s Eve. Good Morning America also revealed that an exclusive clip featuring a sneak peek of the film will be broadcast in Times Square plus viewers at home can see the clip online.
The funniest part of the interview, after Spider-Man and director Marc Webb finished up talking, was what happened during the final seconds of the interview. Sara Haines wanted to have an epic moment with the superhero and she ended up being dropped since Spider-Man wasn’t paying attention. She falls flat on her back and by the time Spider Man sees what has happened, well it is too late.
Check out the video of Sara Haines being dropped by Spider Man. No doubt, this segment will go down for an epic fail moment on “Good Morning America.”
