We all like a spicy steak sometime. Specially if we have a drink to follow. Right?
So, here's a special recipe for your grilled or fried steak with spices.
2 pounds of steak
2 tablespoons of salt
2 teaspoons of black pepper
1 teaspoon of hot pepper (liquid)
1 glass of oil
- A handful of fresh scallions, fresh parsley
- One small onion
- Cut them in small pieces
- Add vinegar or just water with 1 or 2 tablespoons of salt.
Cut your steak in small pieces, as you do with steak tips,
Cut your lemon in half and squeeze it on the cut steak,
Add all the ingredients in a regular pan and let it rest for about 12 hours (if you have a party or just company on Saturday you should do it on a Friday night)
The ingredients written in DARK (above) is for you to keep in a small pan, separately.
If you use the grill to cook your meat it would be better so you can sprinkle your DARK ingredients on it all the time to make it moist and delicious.
