This is an easily prepared dish that turns into a hearty meal that will impress with basic ingredients and a short prep time that combine to create a delicious and satisfying meal.
2 can of pinto beans (or your bean preference)
2 medium tomatoes
1 can of corn (drained)
1 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
¼ cup diced onions
Cut tomatoes into small dices. Combine tomatoes and onions in skillet at medium heat and cook for one minute. Drain corn and add to mix. Cook for another minute. Add beans and stir well. Add hot sauce, cumin, paprika, and onions. Stir until well blended. Keep on heat for five minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Add more or less hot sauce to compliment your individual heat preference.
