Good or bad, we can all agree 2011 has been an interesting year to say the least. The death of technology icon Steve Jobs and silverscreen goddess Liz Taylor, a much publicized populist movement, the extermination of Bin Laden, some surprising (and not so surprising) marital splits and a very public Hollywood meltdown are just a few events to make it into the history books. And with a roller coaster year coming to an end you better believe most people are going to see it off in a big way. And boring champagne just won't do.
After such a whirlwind year some of you may feel the need to stick with the traditional bubbly simply for comfort. Sauza and Courvoisier say that's fine...just kick it up a notch. Whether you want to add a hint of flavor to your champagne or turn it into a completely different cocktail, these two recipes can definitely send off 2011 and ring 2012 with some spice.
