Spending Valentine's Day alone? Try EFT

Elaine Saunders-Kudalis, of Dynamic Introductions — the dating expert in southern New Hampshire — knows that it's no fun facing Valentine's Day alone. So she's doing all she can to help single woman in Southern New Hampshire find the love of their lives in 2013.

Saunders-Kudalis introduces singles and organizes many singles’ events. Now she's adding a new and innovative program to help women be more relaxed about the dating process and overcome any obstacles that prevent them from finding love.

She’s hosting a free informational session, called "EFT can Lead You to Love," to let women know about a scientifically validated holistic practice that will make it easier for them to find and connect with the person of their dreams.

“EFT can help women break down the obstacles to love and feel confident much more confident about dating,” says Saunders-Kudalis. “It’s important that they feel lovable so they can attract love into their lives. EFT is a tool that can help them address their blocks to love quickly and effectively.”

The class is designed to help women who:

  • Are frustrated trying to find a partner
  • Are nervous about first dates
  • Are afraid of getting hurt - again
  • Struggle with baggage from past relationships
  • Worry that there’s no one out there for them

Women can come and learn a how a specific self-help tool — called EFT (emotional freedom techniques) or tapping — can change their lives. They can use this tool to release the negative emotions that make finding their mate difficult and intensify positive affirmations about finding their ideal partner and relationship!

EFT is a technique that uses ancient acupressure principles and modern psychology to provide relief from stress and a host of other emotional and physical problems. When using EFT, people focus on a specific problem or issue and tap on the body's acupressure points. The tapping sends calming signals to the brain that help neutralize uncomfortable emotions. Studies show that EFT is an effect tool to help people cope with stress, lose weight, ease test anxiety, overcome post traumatic stress disorder and more!

Today EFT is widely used by thousands of medical doctors, psychologists, life coaches and professional athletes. Some well-known tappers include: Jack Canfield, co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series and co-author of Tapping into Ultimate Success, Jarrod Saltalamacchia, catcher for the Boston Red Sox, Dr. Joseph Mercola, physician, and Tony Robbins, motivational speaker and coach.

Saunders-Kudalis is hosting “EFT Can Lead You to Love” informational sessions on: Saturday, Feb. 16 from 2 - 3:30 p.m. or Tuesday, Feb. 19, from 6:30 - 8p.m., at Dynamic Introductions, 230 Amherst Street, Nashua, NH. Space is limited.
