Flutist Shannon Heaton co-founded Boston’s Celtic Music Fest, teaches at Passim School of Music, and has been named Female Musician of the year by the Irish-American News in 2009 and by Live Ireland in 2010. Making soulful music with the flute, accordion, guitar, and bouzouki, Boston-based husband and wife music duo Matt and Shannon Heaton will take the stage at Beat Hotel with an array of charming, traditional and contemporary music perfect for the occasion! Matt and Shannon Heaton are also celebrating their latest CD released in February 2014, ‘Tell You in Earnest.’

The Beat Hotel, 13 Brattle Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, will also offer succulent entrées by Executive Chef Rebecca Newell and specialty cocktails throughout the evening with no cover charge!
