Spend Christmas and New Year’s Eve with Kachina Southwestern Grill

Looking to skip the hassle of cooking this holiday season? Kachina Southwestern Grill has crafted a festive menu for you and yours this Christmas and New Year’s so you can sit back, relax and enjoy time with your loved ones.

Christmas Dinner will be served as a four-course family style meal reminiscent of the pioneer days with dishes inspired by Faith, Courage, Adventure, Independence and Passion. Small plates include Red Turkey Tamales smothered in tomatillo and green chile and Bison Empanadas with a chipotle honey agave sauce, capers and raisins. Follow those mouthwatering bites with entrées like Pork Posole, Herb-crusted Bison Prime Rib with horseradish cream or Hickory Smoked Ham with caramelized pineapple.

Compliment your main dish with delicious sides like Anaheim Whipped Potatoes, Garlic Green Beans and Creamed Poblano Corn. Round out the perfect meal with handcrafted desserts from Chef Jeff Bolton, including Tres Leches Cake. Don’t forget to order a festive cocktail like the Devil’s Cider, which combines mulled cider, leopold’s orange liqueur and chamucos reposaldo.

Kachina is also offering their well-loved Wild West Brunch on December 26th complete with DIY pancake bar and Bullseye bloody mary bar for those nursing a Christmas hangover.

In case you can’t get enough of Kachina Southwestern Grill, join the staff again on New Year’s Eve for a three-course prix fixe menu. Appetizers include Pork Avocado Tamales and Bison Tenderloin Pintxos. Select larger plates like Smoked Bison Prime Rib with sides of Anaheim whipped potatoes and wild mushroom demi or choose Archiote Rubbed Chicken with wild rice and jalapeno corn fritters. Finally, get your sweet tooth fix with Candied Apple Churros, Peptia Bread Pudding and a Chocolate Trio of Mexican hot chocolate, prickly pear truffles and cola cake. Kachina is also supplying DJ entertainment well into the night so you can bring in the New Year properly!
