Spells that are Handcrafted

See also

Handcrafted magical objects have been handed down through the centuries. There are many different handicrafts that do what you want in spell work. Some examples are: Knot magic, you can make recipe's for magical meals for you and your family, make cookie stamps that promote healing or produce occult symbols on your culinary creations, make a healing poppet, make amulets and talismans. All these objects are more powerful when doing spellwork. Knot magic is used by Witches to bind things magically. You can use any kind of cord for this. When doing this don't forget to visualize what you want. To bind someone from doing harm, make a string-knot poppet called a Witches Ladder. Kitchen Witchery is a good way to heal family and friends. Model your practices on the simplicity of the ancients. Consider the phase of the moon before cooking. Using these phases make your spells more potent. Label and date mixtures you make that require time to ferment or magically charge beneath the Sun or the Moon. Make directional stirring second nature. You do this by stirring sunwise. Tell your family or guests whenever you're brewing something magical so they won't accidentally throw it out. Give the first portion to the God/dess to show your appreciation for the things they do.
