Christmas is gone, New Years Eve has past, and next big holiday is Valentines Day. As stores feature their Valentine gifts, so do restaurants showcase their special menus. My husband and I celebrate Valentines day prior or post Valetines Day in order to avoid the crowds. Below are various restaurants with special pre-fixe menus for a lovey-dovey day as Thursday, February 14th.
Boka in Lincoln Park will feature a five-course menu for $85 per person.
Cape Cod at The Drake Hotel will feature three-course menu at $60 per person.
Cafe Des Architectes in the Gold Coast will feature a five-course menu at $79 per person excluding wine pairings, tax, and gratuity. (The special menu is available February 14th to 16th)
Devon Seafood Grill in Chicago will feature three-course menu from February 14th to 17th after 4pm. The price will be at $90 for two or $49 for one.
Feast in Bucktown will feature a three-course prix-fixe menu and champagne toast for $45.
From February 14th to 16th, Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse in Chicago, Rosemont, and Lombard locations will feature a three-course menu and a split of champagne at $110 per couple.
Harry Caray's Tavern in Navy Pier will feature a build your own heart shapped pizza for $12.95
Leopold in Chicago will feature a luxurious three-course prix-fixe menu at $50 with romantic ingredients like oysters, almonds, and chocolate.
Mercat a La Planxa in South Loop will feature a four-course luxe tasting for $85 per person or $125 with wine pairings.
Metropolitan Club at the Willis/Sears Tower will feature a five-course dinner and champagne at $79. An optional transfer to the skydeck will be an extra $15
Oceanique in Evanston will feature a five-course menu at $99 per person.
Sepia in River West will feature a four-course tasting menu at $90 per person (with optional wine pairings, the price will be at $65 per person)
Terzo Piano in Downtown Chiacgo will feature four-course dinner, cocktail service and live band.
Wildfire in Chicago, Glenview, Lincolnshire, Oakbrook, and Schaumburg will feature a special Valentine's Day menu for two for $85 per couple from February 14th to 17th, in addition to their regular dinner menu.
