Sunday is Mother’s Day and for anyone who is still looking for ideas for a special lunch for mom Nao’s having a special menu for the occasion. It will be served from 11a.m. to 3p.m. at a cost of $48 per person.
All mothers will receive a complimentary signature cocktail upon arrival. “Mother’s Little Helper” is made with Toso Argentine sparkling wine, hibiscus syrup, pisco and lemon.
The meal will begin with family style appetizers that include Char-Grilled Shishito Peppers, Fresh Heart of Palm Salad, Salmon Ceviche, Panela & Botija Olive Tapenade and Cuitlacoche Risotto.
The entrée will be a choice between Bahian Seafood Lobster Stew, "Black Bajio" Roasted Chicken and Smoke Roasted Ribeye Steak.
To top off the meal there will be family style desserts of Strawberry Cobbler (Mexican vanilla ice cream) and Churros with dipping sauces (vanilla custard, mixed berry coulis, and warm-chocolate hazelnut).

Nao is a student staffed restaurant at The Culinary Institute of America located at the grounds of the Pearl Brewery. The goal of this fine restaurant is to celebrate Latin food, traditions and culture. Nao’s menu is made up of traditional Latin American dishes with a modern twist.
