Special guests scheduled at Fort Myers Film Festival's premiere (Photos)

On March 15, 2014, it was announced by the Fort Myers Film Festival (FMff), in Fort Myers, Fla., that two special guests will be in attendance.

The guests will be the film's director and "leading man." Their appearance will be during the festival's premiere on opening night, March 19.

The event will be held at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall.

This will be the fourth annual Fort Myers Film Festival, and the film in question is "Alive Inside: A Story of Music & Memory."

"Michael Rossato-Bennett, director of FMff's opening night film "Alive Inside: A Story of Music & Memory" and social worker Dan Cohen, featured in the film, will be in attendance at Barbara B. Mann March 19 for the screening.

After the screening there will be a Q&A and afterparty with VIP. The parties and dinners will be held at Twisted Vine Bistro, a filmmakers lodge at Firestone, and breakfast panels at Bennett's Fresh Roast, plus other select venues." - Eric Raddatz with FMff

"Alive Inside: A Story of Music & Memory" is Mr. Rossato-Bennett's first feature length offering. Director Mr. Rossato-Bennett is the founder and executive producer of Projector Media.

This is a documentary production company dedicated to inspiring conversations that investigate issues related to our cultural consciousness.

The film is an award-winning independent film about music therapy with Alzheimer's patients. Last month the film earned the Sundance audience award for U.S. documentaries.

FMff will be held March 19-23 at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center, Alliance for the Arts and Broadway Palm Theatre.
