Britney Spears workout has been revealed and it is a yoga cardio workout. The former judge of "The X Factor" wants to look great for her new Las Vegas show and is doing all that she can to make sure she does look great. On Jan. 8, Christian Post shared that her abs look so good some people thought they were painted on instead of real.

Britney says that they are not fake and she is working out a lot. She reveals that she does 90 minutes of yoga two times a week. She also does hour long cardio workouts with her trainer three times a week. Spears is working with Tony Martinez to stay in shape.

She is going to be doing 48 shows in Vegas and they are all over 90 minutes long. Spears has to make sure that she can handle the entire performance without being worn out so these workouts are important to her.
