Spears Auto-Tune: Britney Spears new song leaked before Auto-Tuned

Britney Spears' songs are normally Auto-Tuned before they are released and on her albums. This ex-judge on "The X Factor" is a great singer, but sometimes her songs need that help before they are released. On Wednesday, Huffington Post shared about how her new song "Alien" was revealed before it was planned.

Her track producer William Orbit is now trying to save face because of how bad it sounds. He spoke out saying, "I'd like to affirm that ANY singer when first at the mic at the start of a long session can make a multitude of vocalisations in order to get warmed up. Warming up is essential if you’re a pro, as it is with a runner doing stretches, and it takes a while to do properly. I’ve heard all manner of sounds emitted during warm-ups. The point is that it is not supposed to be shared with millions of listeners. A generous singer will put something down the mic to help the engineer get their systems warmed up and at the right level, maybe whilst having a cup of herb tea and checking through lyrics before the session really kicks off. It’s not expected to be a ‘take.'"

This version of "Alien" that was leaked is not a very good one. Britney Spears producer wants everyone to know that is not the way she always sounds though and it was not ready to be sent out to the world. Fans have heard her live and know that she can do better than this performance. If you listen to this one though, you will not be that impressed by Britney Spears singing and will realize that yes Auto-Tune is a good friend of hers.
