SpayToday schedules Snippity Doo Dah Spay Day supporting World Spay Day 2013

Spring will soon be upon us which means that cats are getting ready for "kitten season." In a few months there will be too many kittens to count and find homes for and shelters will be bursting at their seams with unwanted pets.

SpayToday has scheduled their World Spay Day 2013 event for Sunday, February 24, 2103. The event will be a CAT only spay/neuter clinic. Registration for the event will begin on February 10th. All surgeries will be $25 for either sex cat on this day only. Registration for the event will begin on February 10th.

SpayToday is dedicated to minimizing the unnecessary number of unwanted dogs, cats and rabbits. It is the exclusive mission of this non-profit. Don't have a cat? SpayToday will be offering a special pricing for dogs and rabbits at a later date during the month of February. More information will soon become available, but the current focus is to be fully prepared for the upcoming Snippity Doo Dah event.

Breakfast and lunch are provided and there are great door prizes for volunteers to win.

Interested volunteers are requested to send an email with "Spay Day" in the subject line to info@spay2day.org.

SpayToday has spayed or neutered over 10,000 dogs, cats and rabbits. The founder, Dr. Piccolli, is passionate to try and do all within her power to minimize the number of animals euthanized in shelters; there are only two definite means to control the overpopulation of dogs (and cats) living in the multitude of shelters throughout the U.S., adoption or death. Participating in World Spay Day is an event Dr. Piccolli and her staff look forward to each year. They are making a positive difference, one pet at a time.
