The fourth suspect involved in a shooting during a home invasion is now in custody, Fox Carolina reported February 8.Letoshman Bobo turned himself in to authorities Friday night and has been charged with attempted murder, kidnapping, armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

This Examiner article covered the original home invasion and robbery, which happened February 4. One woman was shot and the homeowner fired her weapon, hitting two of the robbers.

There were four men involved in the crime, which took place at a residence on Draymont Drive. The home owner was walked to the door after being followed from an ATM the women had visited earlier. Her friend, Connie Young, remained in the car with one of the robbers.

The homeowner told the men she had to go inside first to disable the alarm or police would be alerted. It was at this time gunshots were fired from inside the car, and the men fled the scene.

This case has drawn national attention because it shows how home owner's are fighting back to take control of their neighborhood. Not only did the home owner hit her target with two of the suspects, one of the men was whacked in the face with the barrel of his own shotgun after running into a disgruntled neighbor.

Communities in the Spartanburg area are taking Sheriff Wright's advice to heart, arming themselves and taking classes to obtain a concealed weapons permit. Wright is a big believer in citizens in his community being proactive about their safety.

Spartanburg Sheriff Chuck Wright is asking for prayers for the family of Connie Young, who remains in serious condition after being shot multiple times while in the car with one of the men now facing charges.

Please share this article, with the hope that more neighborhoods will make the decision that enough is enough. Criminals who tangle with homeowner's now stand a good chance of being shot. Residents are taking back and protecting what is theirs.
