Spa After Dark a night in the tropics enjoyed by all attendees

The Spa after Dark event at the Spa at PGA National on Wednesday June 25 from 5:30 pm to 7:30pm was a big success and enjoyed by all attendees. Approximately 150 guests in their tropical chic attire attended the spa event benefitting The Tico Torres Children's Foundation. Guests enjoyed DJ Vlad as he spun island style tunes in the open air walkway leading to the spa entrance. Massage therapists treated guests to chair massages and hand massages. While the stylists gave guests island style braids .Kathryn from Luka Cosmetics, an organic line of cosmetics available at the Spa at PGA National offered up complimentary makeovers while Alexis from BrowGal by Tonya Crooks gave guests brow shape ups and brow makeovers. Other highlights of the evening included Henna Tattoos, refreshing cocktails from Pilar Rum, Salt of the Earth Demonstrations, tasty passed appetizers and plenty of spa product sample giveaways. Specialty cocktails includesd the Bed of Roses cocktail named after a popular Bon Jovi tune which consisted of fresh cucumber, guava juice, Papa's Pilar Rum, and jalepeno to add some kick. Another popular beverage that evening was the 99 Shades Cocktail which was a blend of Prosecoo, elderflower liqueur and Papa's Pilar rum along with an edible flower garnish.

Party goers also were delighted with skin care consultations, plenty of giveaways and a very generous selection of raffle prizes. The raffle beneifted the Tico Torres Children's foundation. Guest of honor, Tico Torres made a guest appearance and all were thrilled. He was very friendly and hhe allowed photos with plenty of fellow guests.

The Spa at PGA National is a 40,000 sq. foot resort spa located at PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens.
