In this fairly recent South Park episode (Raising the Bar), Cartman embraces his obesity with the misuse and abuse of a mobility scooter. He's learned how to get where he needs to go without the use of an attached warning horn.
As usual, Kyle is appalled and wants to bring back a good dose of shame amongst others. To that end, he begins filming the city-scooting Cartman. What Kyle really wants is to make money and to display Cartman's awfulness, which, sort of backfires.
Michelle Obama gets involved and ends up whipping the snot out of Cartman.
Cartman: All I wanted to do was take a dump your Honor.
Cartman: Coming through. Oh, how humiliating.
Cartman: I may be fat, but, I'm not Honey Boo Boo.
Cartman: It was always just me, living in denial.
Honey Boo Boo: I'm gettin' a pig heart.
Kyle: If you don't change something, that's you in about a year.
Kyle: When the bar gets lowered Token, we all pay the price.
Stan: Dude, it's not like the bar is an actual, physical thing.
Token: The bar is determined by society Kyle.
