South'n France: Wilmington's own gourmet chocolate shop

The next time you visit downtown Wilmington for a dessert after your fabulous home-cooked meal, be sure to check out South'n France, located at 822 Orange Street. Their catch phrase is: Where Southern Flair Meets Savoir Faire"©, and their amazing bon bons prove it! Combining classic Southern flavors with timeless French techniques, the result is an amazing interplay of flavors like Café au Lait, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Coconut, Cookies 'n Creme, Fudge Brownie, Peanut Buttah, and Pistachio.

South'n France is owned and operated by an unlikely combination: Frenchman Pascal Siegler and Wilmingtonian Charlene Dupray; who handmake these decadent treats. After meeting in France years ago, they ended up in Wilmington, and South'n France was born!  Consistent winners at the Wilmington Chocolate festival, this team has uniquely combined the best of two cultures into one unforgettable treat!

South'n France proves beyond a doubt that southern cooking is alive and well, and that chocolate rules!

Yes, southern cooking will always be a favorite along with chocolate. I can't remember when I last had a bon bon. I think it is time to drop by South 'N France and try one. Tx for the temptation.

Charlene and Pascal's bon bons are to die for. My favorite is coconut, but as Charlene says, peanut buttah is a close second. You won't go wrong.

As a business owner, we sometimes send 'thank you' gifts to clients. We just call Charlene and she takes of shipping the bon bons out. Thank you Charlene and Pascal!
