Sources say Tim Tebow is not on the radar of the Seattle Seahawks

Tim Tebow is still waiting to find out where he will be playing for the 2013 NFL season, but it is known where he won't be playing. The Seattle Times reported on Friday, April 5, 2013, that the Seattle Seahawks are not interested in bringing in quarterback Tim Tebow to compete for a starting position or even as a back-up.

Seattle is looking to replace back-up Matt Flynn, who is now with the Oakland Raiders. They have thought of looking at Seneca Wallace, Brady Quinn, Matt Leinart, or even Tyler Thigpin.

Seattle won't be looking at Tebow though.

Reports believe that Tebow's time with the New York Jets has certainly come to an end. They will surely release him if they can't manage a trade with some other team. The Seahawks are said to have briefly considered bringing in Tebow for their option running package, but have since decided against it.

The Seahawks have a running quarterback already, and one that can pass really well also. Second-year quarterback Russell Wilson is going to lead the team again, and Tebow being on the team may only bring unnecessary drama.

Tebow wants to start in the NFL again, but that option may not be on the table for him at this time.
