Hollywood, CA - Tom Wisdom fans in the U.S. have been hoping for his film, Soulmate to make its way to North America. The can hope no more! Soulmate is making its North American debut at Etheria Film Night 2014 on Saturday, July 12 at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood.

It's no secret, Tom plays the role of Douglas, a ghost that is haunting his former home after committing suicide. Audrey (Anna Walton) is a woman who is mourning the death of her husband and escapes to a remote cottage to have time to herself. She soon finds that the cottage is haunted by Douglas and finds comfort in her new, supernatural relationship.

Director Axelle Carolyn explains:

“I’ve always been obsessed with that idea of finding comfort in the supernatural because if there are ghosts, there’s an afterlife, and the people you’ve lost are not gone forever. So the story was born from that idea – something anybody who’s ever lost someone can relate to. The locations, the atmosphere are very much inspired by those Gothic classics, but at the heart of it is a very human story, very real and contemporary.”
