Soul Defense looking to repeat performance

Against Orlando, the defense picked off QB Jason Boltus, forced several turnover on downs and pass breakups.

Soul Insider talked to DL TJ Langley to discuss the things the defense needs to do to help the team win against the Sharks.

Langley said that the main focus is getting the secondary straightened out.

"On defense, the front and the secondary just have to play together." Langley told Soul Insider. "We're going to get pressure up front and we have to believe that the secondary is going to make the qb hold the ball."

Per source, there's a chance that QB Aaron Garcia will be starting off the game. TJ was teammates with Garcia back in Orlando during the 2012 season. Langley knows what kind of QB Garcia is and what he brings to the table.

"He's a great QB." Langley said. "He knows where he needs to go with the ball and he gets rid of it quick."

If the Soul can come out with the same pressure from the defensive front led by Joe Goosby, and coverage that's led by James Romain, the Soul will be in good shape to win this game.

Soul Insider is picking the Soul to win because of the momentum built up going into this game. Soul 72; Sharks 48
