Actress Sophia Vergara from Modern Family and Latin World Entertainment Licensing announced today that Sofia Vergara is launching a lifestyle line through KMART stores which includes a line of handbags. Sophia Vergara’s collection will be sold exclusively at KMART stores and will embody her signature style of glamour and sexiness as well as approachability.
Sophia Vergara’s new KMART collection will include sportswear, dress, jewelry, footwear and handbags. The target market is young, fashion-conscious women who seek on-trend, must-haves of the season. The clothing will be figure flattering and the handbags will reflect the current trends from the runways.
Sophia Vergara’s KMART collection will hit store shelves in fall 2011 throughout the United States. Sophia Vergara joins other celebrities who sell their apparel and handbags lines through KMART such as Selena Gomez and Jaclyn Smith.
Sofia Vergara was recently named one of the most talented and powerful women in Hispanic entertainment today and by the The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard Magazine. Sofia Vergara is the first actress to launch her career on the U.S. Hispanic network and cross over into the general American marketplace. She is a six-time Emmy winning actress and will be appearing the new movies “The Smurfs” and “Happy Feet.”
