As we all know, the latest generation of gaming consoles is on the horizon. With it, both Microsoft and Sony are expected to announce their latest and greatest pieces of hardware in the upcoming months. In addition to all this, we have seen countless leaks and rumors regarding hardware specs for the successors of current generation hardware.
To add to the hype train, it seems Sony is striking first blood (even though they said they were going to wait) releasing an assumed trailer for the next Playstation. The 45 second trailer tells us nothing other than "PlayStation 2013 See The Future Teaser," so not much can be said as to what to expect.
The real interesting bit comes from Michael Patcher, who said:
"Sony is inviting investors and media to the Feb 20 event; that means console announcement. I'm genuinely excited, although I will be in LA"
Now I know Michael Patcher isn't the most renowned person in terms of track record accuracy, but I would have to agree with him; we're finally getting a glimpse at the next Playstation.
