The launch of the PlayStation 4 is so close that we can almost taste it, and Sony has released a brand new trailer that gets a little more up close and personal than before. The trailer itself was released on Saturday and bullet points some of the systems specifications. Warning, lots of tech jargon ahead.
The list of specs this video goes over includes the console's 8GB GDDR5 RAM, its internal 500GB hard drive, 6xCAV Blu-ray and 8xCAV DVD optical drive. The trailer also notes the console's HDMI output and main processor, which notably features a unified CPU and GPU. The CPU is an x86-64 AMD custom processor, while the GPU is slated as a 1.84 TFLOPS, AMD next-generation Radeon.
This short trailer, clocking in at just over a minute, is sure to please those who are just looking for a run-down on the upcoming console's tech. For other prospective buyers, this trailer offers the best look at the new console before it launches on November 15th.
