Sony has a line-up spanning the next few years full of remakes, sequels and films based on TV shows. There will, of course, be some original film such as the "The Girl Who" films.
The list below includes films that Sony produced themselves and films in which they are acting as the distributor. The difference being; a film they produce is a piece of work they have been involved with from the beginning. When Sony acts as a distributor, they have purchased the rights to distribute a film that they didn't produce.
Some of these films have a date consisting of???, because they are just a twinkle in someone's eye right now. Others have a year that the film will be released, or so the studio hopes.

- "The Evil Dead" With Sam Raimi writing and Bruce Campbell producing, one would think this film has a chance to be an OK film. However, do we really need a remake of such a classic horror film? Currently filming, with a release date of April 12, 2013.
- "The End of the World" This is a film I would be more than happy to go see. It's a star studded with a simple script.
