On August 27, Will Hayden, star of the Discovery Channel's "Son's of Guns" reality series, was charged with aggravated child rape. This comes after his August 9 arrest, in which he was charged with child molestation and aggravated crimes against nature.

Hayden was released on bail for the previous charges, but is now being held at the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail on $250,000 bond.

Hayden reportedly began raping the girl last year, when she was 11-years-old. The rapes were nearly a daily occurrence, according to court documents.

A guardian for the child contacted sheriff's deputies, after the girl confided in her. The victim has since been removed from the home an is now staying with another family member.

CBS 12 reported:

The report says Hayden coerced the victim into silence with threats of physical abuse.

"Don't tell them nothing because I'm all you've got," the affidavit says the 49-year-old Hayden told the victim.

As a result of the charges, the Discovery Channel has cancelled "Sons of Guns," which takes place at Red Jacket Firearms in Louisiana. Hayden opened the custom gun manufacturer in 1999.

Red Jacket's website now states:

On August 9, 2014, Will Hayden was arrested for allegations of child molestation. The allegations were a bombshell for everyone involved. Red Jacket and Red Jacket Firearms, LLC. chose to separate from Will Hayden fully and legally, so that we could operate without his involvement. Will has absolutely no remaining ownership or interest in any Red Jacket Firearms entities.

In accordance with Louisiana law, if convicted of the charges, Hayden could face a punishment of up to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

As if these charges are not disturbing enough, the website BearingArms.com, recently published the following quote from Stephanie Ford, Hayden's grown daughter and co-star:

Today is a new day and I have new eyes, God has guided me and helped me realize. I don't need that man, I don't need him at all.
I feel tall today, I will walk with pride. I know I've done the right thing, some things just cant ride. He hurt too many, but now hes locked away. I pray I can forgive you in my heart one day. But today. Today I'll be strong. I won't let it destroy me, like it was all along. Because she needs me beside her, and I won't let her be lonely.

Ford reportedly wrote the poem on August 28, the day after Hayden's second arrest.
