The shocking end of the season 6 finale has left viewers with all kinds of questions on what will happen when the show returns in late 2014. Will Jax be charged with the murders of Tara and Roosevelt? Will he find out what Gemma did? What about Juice destroying the evidence? There are a lot of possibilities and it seems each day someone comes up with yet another theory on what could happen on "Sons of Anarchy" season 7. On Dec. 22, Enstars revealed that Jax might not be the same guy fans are used to when the show returns. Will he finally crack and completely unravel?
Warning: If you do not want to know "Sons of Anarchy" season 7 spoilers or fan speculation, then stop reading.
Jax has lost a lot and now with Tara murdered and him having to find the body, he has lost is "true North" as Kurt Sutter put it. He told TV Line,
"Obviously it's a major shift in the mythology. I knew, ultimately, where I wanted to take Jax in [the] final season... I wanted to remove his 'True North,' because I feel like there needs to be this major psychic and emotional shift that has to happen. What direction it will push him in we will see next season."
"What happens to a guy like that now that he's lost both of the people he loves the most, who were able to be his moral compass, with Opie and now Tara. It really is Jax completely untethered and on his own final season."
It certainly sounds like Jax will completely lose it in season 7, but how will he handle everything? There is speculation that Jax will be charged with Tara's murder but he won't be convicted due to lack of evidence. If the theories turn out to be accurate and he is charged, then that must mean that Gemma won't admit that she was the one who killed Tara. What is interesting about this is that Gemma felt her murdering Tara was justified because she was going to send Jax to prison, but if Jax is charged and she doesn't come forward, then she is doing the same thing. Even though she says she does everything out of love for her family, especially her son, her actions prove otherwise. She will do anything for her child, except take responsibility for her own actions.
Once Jax finds out that Gemma was the one responsible, he will probably coompletely lose it. With the problems with SAMCRO, losing Tara and everything else, he could fly into a rage once he finds out. Normally fans wouldn't think that he could murder his own mother, but the brutal slaying of his wife could be the final straw.
What do you think will happen in season 7 of "Sons of Anarchy?" Will Jax completely unravel when the show returns in late 2014?
