On Aug. 31 Lost Remote did an interview with Kurt Sutter, the creator of "Sons of Anarchy" and learned what the season six viewership challenge is set to be. With "SOA" slated to begin in just one week, fans only have a short time to rile up their friends, family and neighbors.
Sutter says that for any viewer that increases viewership of the season opener of "Sons of Anarchy" by any percentage, he and one unwilling cast member will come to your favorite bar, theater, or club and watch an episode of the show with you. It will likely be episode 610, 611, or 612 as it obviously can't be the season opener or the season finale as the "Sons of Anarchy" Afterward party happens then, which is also hosted by Kurt Sutter.
Further more, Sutter claims;
"We will come baring gifts, good cheer and basically disrupt your neighborhood and piss off all your neighbors."
Kurt Sutter plans on taping the "Sons of Anarchy" fan party to include as an extra on the season six DVD release. A fan will be chosen at random from social media. The viewership challenge is only open to U.S. viewers. Currently, there are over a million fans that watch the show. How many friends, family members and neighbors do you think it would take to increase viewership by a percentage?
