Expand the spa and salon experience with the right frame of mind. One tool for keeping the mind/body/spirit balanced outside the spa is by working with intuition

Chicago mom and nationally acclaimed spiritual teacher Sonia Choquette says one way parents can develop intuition is by observing their children. She advises parents talk to their kids about their vibes. "Do not dismiss what they say and genuinely listen," she says. According to Choquette, if a child has a bad gut feeling about someone, the child needs to be heard.

"Parents will learn from kids especially when it comes to accessing people," she says. Choquette teaches parents how to work with their vibes to improve family life in her book "The Intuitive Spark - Bringing Intuition Home to Your Child, Your Family, and You."

Choquette has been a regular guest on ABC, NBC, CNN, FOX, Lime, Sirius, and WGN as well as featured in New Woman Magazine, New Age Magazine, USA Today, Body and Soul, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times, and Crain's Chicago Business Journal.

Catch her in Chicago at Eaglewood Resort (about 20 minutes from Chicago O'Hare) on January 30 and 31, 2010. For more information, visit TrustYourVibes.com.
