The latest collaboration from husband and wife team Roma Downey and Mark Burnett, a full-length feature film entitled "Son of God" will reach theaters on February 28. Downey and Burnett were the team behind last year's wildly popular Bible Series.

In an interview with Newsmax, Burnett said "We believe in the decades to come, people in remote places will find Jesus through watching this movie on their iPhones...People in developing countries are getting telephones before they're getting televisions. And they can watch this, in the decades to come, on their phone."

The film tells the life of Christ from birth through the crucifixion and the resurrection. Christ is portrayed by Portuguese actor Diogo Morgado.

Roma Downey tells ASSIST News Service, “This is a very dramatic film. This is not your old 1960s donkeys and sandals story, but this is something for young people. This is a 2014 movie and it looks like it with big special effects. This is a story that can really affect the world in getting to know and love Jesus.”
