In an overcrowded North Carolina animal shelter, Sareth and Caleesh found each other. Both abandoned by their owners, the two snuggled up together on a dog bed made for one, but that doesn't matter.

Meet Sareth who is a two-year-old female boxer mix. Her new best friend is Caleesh, who happens to be a one-year-old German shepherd mix, but family trees don't matter when your life hangs by a thread.

Please refer to Animal Identification # 22607609 when inquiring about Sareth.

Please refer to Animal Identification # 22007628 when inquiring about Caleesh.

Both dogs need to have a rescue, foster, or adoption commitment by Tuesday afternoon; overcrowded conditions mean dogs will be euthanized. Please share their stories and help these beautiful dogs find new lives.

Follow their Facebook thread by clicking here as volunteers and humane advocates share their plights and pledge donations should a reputable rescue organization come forward and help these two beautiful young ones.
