It’s been over four years since actress Brittany Murphy passed away, but you’ll be able to see her on the big screen one last time in “Something Wicked.” On Wednesday, April 2, Cinemablend reports that the film has released a trailer. While the film itself doesn’t seem particularly good, it will attract plenty of attention with Murphy being attached to the project.

“Something Wicked” follows Christine (Shantel VanSanten), a bride-to-be that has a lot going on for her. Unfortunately, Christine's life completely changes after a car accident kills her parents. With her wedding day approaching, she soon finds that grief is only the beginning of her problems. Murphy plays the role of the Christine’s psychiatrist.

As stated above, this film doesn’t sound very promising, will you be watching because of Murphy? This film began in 2009, but delayed production due to Murphy’s death and some re-shoots that needed to be done.

The film opens this Friday, April 4, but on a very limited release, one theater to be exact –Valley River Center Stadium 15 in Eugene, Oregon. According to the source, “Something Wicked” will be spreading to 19 other theaters over the course of April. It’s not known if it will reach Dallas, TX or not.
