Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert are ready to take the stage together to perform their duet titled "Somethin' Bad" during the 2014 “Billboard Music Awards.” Country Weekly reported on May 16, 2014 that there are some nerves showing as the ladies head into their live performance of the song that is featured on Lambert’s new album "Platinum" that is set to be released on June 3, 2014.

Underwood heads into the 2014 “Billboard Music Awards” as a finalist for the fan voted “Milestone Award.” Underwood received enough votes to land in a top three spot when she faced Luke Bryan, Imagine Dragons, John Legend, OneRepublic and Ellie Goulding during the first round of voting. Underwood, Ellie Goulding and OneRepublic made it into the final round for the “Milestone Award.”

Voting is still open now for the finalists and will continue through the first two hours of the 2014 “Billboard Music Awards” before Kelly Rowland and a lucky fan announces the name of "The Milestone Award” winner during the award show. The artists that were nominated for the fan voted award have achieved a notable chart milestone in the past year to receive their nomination.

Underwood’s Facebook page is getting fans ready for her “Billboard Music Awards” performance with Lambert by posting “It's almost Sunday, and that means….Somethin' Bad is about to happen. Watch the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night as Carrie joins Miranda Lambert in debuting their new duet "Somethin' Bad" off Miranda's new album #Platinum. Watch live this Sunday at 8/7c on ABC Television Network.”

Lambert discussed her upcoming performance with Underwood saying “I’m gonna be really nervous to sing with Carrie. It will be the first time we sing it live together. That’s the fun part, though” adding “That’s kind of why you want to do it in the first place, is to sing it live. I mean, it’s fun to sing it in the studio and all that stuff with her, but definitely singing with someone as powerful as she is pushes you as a vocalist.”

Lambert continued by letting everyone know that she is ready for the big performance of “Somethin' Bad” by saying “I’m nervous, but I’m excited, and I’m excited for people to see two female country artists up there onstage together,” she said. “That doesn’t happen that often, or not often enough, in my opinion. So, we’re just gonna go rock it.”

Watch “Somethin' Bad” and also catch performances from Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Imagine Dragons, Jason Derulo, Jennifer Lopez, John Legend, Miley Cyrus, OneRepublic, Pitbull, Ricky Martin, 5 Seconds of Summer, Katy Perry, Shakira and Robin Thicke and see The Michael Jackson Experience during the “2014 Billboard Music Awards” live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 18, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. EST on ABC.
