Some things to remember in cold season

Winter is wonderful for outdoor winter sports and fun on sleighs and playing in the snow, but it can bring with it, the common cold.

The primary rule to keep in mind is to avoid colds by staying healthy. It is recommended to wash hands frequently and avoid touching mouth and nose.

Try to avoid contact with those with a cold, or wash hands after meeting and stay out of their immediate level of contact.

What do you do if you get a cold?

There are products on the market that reduce the effects of a cold, such as Coldease and Zicam.

Also, get more rest and adequate sleep, drink more fluids, eat oranges for vitamin C and other vitamin content.
