According to an article in the June 2013 Woman's Day Magazine Dr. Oz's Weight Loss Secretes by Sara Reistad-Long.

Dr. Oz says: He always eats the same breakfast of yogurt and blueberries. By doing so this mixture is packed with protein and vitamins which helps the body to feel fuller longer.

Dr. Oz also adds that: People who loose weight in America usually gain around one third of the weight back rather quickly in a years time because they go right back into their unhealthy habits of over-eating and low or no exercise.

To keep yourself from gaining back any of the unwanted pounds Dr. Oz suggests 'to find an exercise routine you enjoy' and stick with it.

Some of the easiest and fun exercises are walking with friends, swimming, playing tennis or racket ball. Anything to keep your body moving for at least 30 minutes four or more days per week for best results.

If you want to live a longer, healthier life you need to get up off the couch and start moving. Daily exercise and meal planning are key to your better health. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily for better over-all health.

Snack on fresh raw vegetables, nuts and seeds though-out the day such as baby carrots, broccoli, sunflower seeds and almonds.

Remember to be sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Above all have fun while getting healthier.
