- June 7, 1976: Capitol Records releases "Rock 'n' Roll Music," a collection of uptempo Beatle songs with a strange cover picture. The album reaches #2 on the charts, despite criticism of the album (and the cover) from John Lennon and Ringo Starr.
- June 7, 1963: The Beatles perform at the Odeon in Glasgow, Scotland.
- June 7, 1963: Decca releases the Rolling Stones' first record "Come On"/"I Want To Be Loved." The Stones also make their first appearance on "Thank Your Lucky Stars."
- June 7, 1964: The Beatles fly from London to Hong Kong.
- June 7, 1965: "The Beatles (Invite You To Take a Ticket To Ride)" airs on the BBC.
- June 7, 1967: A take of "You Know My Name (Look Up the Number)" is recorded.
- June 7, 1967: "Yellow Submarine" film is announced.
