According to the report, Vergara beat out “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” star Mariska Hargitay and “Big Bang Theory” actress Kaley Cuocko, who tied for second place with $11 million, a total considerably less than Sofia’s.
"As the reigning queen of celebrity endorsement deals (thanks largely to her bilingual portfolio), Vergara's earnings over the past year reached $30 million - making her far and away the highest-paid actress on prime time," Forbes.com revealed.
Sofia Vergara’s highest paid actress status is due, in part, to her endorsement deals with Diet Pepsi, Cover Girl, Kmart, and more.
The Kardashian sisters, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney ranked in third place with $10 million, but also have multiple streams of revenue, such as a clothing line and makeup.
What are your thoughts on “Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara being the highest paid actress on TV for the second year in a row?
