Sofia Vergara revealed her beauty secrets to Yahoo Shine on Wednesday. Fans of the “Modern Family” actress might be surprised to learn that Vergara is a natural blonde. What other beauty mysteries surround the 41-year-old bombshell? Read on to learn Sofia Vergara’s beauty tips.
It comes as no surprise that a few of Sofia Vergara’s favorite makeup products originate from CoverGirl. The stunning Latina gave an inside look into her makeup bag from nail polish to eyeliner and all the beauty tricks and secrets in between.
Yes, Sofia Vergara is a natural blonde, but brunette does suit her well. The CoverGirl dyed her locks darker for an audition because Hollywood wasn't buying into the fiery Latina persona on that hot body, which was adorned with blonde hair.
Vergara admits she puts “a lot of effort into how she looks” because the “natural look” is not for her. However, Sofia went on to divulge that beauty and sex appeal emerge when one exudes confidence, “but a great lipstick helps too.”
Being a bombshell is really about a state of mind. If you believe you’re sexy then you are. Bombshelling is when you’re flaunting your most sexy, glamorous self – no matter the place.
According to Sofia lush eyelashes enhance a glamorous evening style, but Vergara’s best beauty trick is to wear light, neutral nail polish. Sofia wears pale pink because the color is a “neutral accessory that goes with everything” and conceals the “chips”.
When asked who her beauty idol is, Sofia Vergara didn’t bat a long eyelash and answered: the vivacious Italian icon, Sophia Loren.
That’s easy. Sophia Loren. She knew what worked for her. And, she came to Hollywood but kept what was true to her. I just love everything about her.
Both beauties radiate the same sultry sex appeal. Read the entire Yahoo Shine interview with Sofia Vergara for more of the “Modern Family” star’s beauty secrets.
