There are so many health and wellness networking sites on the internet that it would be impossible to make a note to all of them or even half of them in this article but there are a few that have become very popular of the last few years. These sites are being designed to promote tools to encourage people to reach for better health and fitness.
One of the most well-known websites today for juicing information is Rebootwithjoe.com. Joe Cross is well-known for his extraordinary transition from being an obese man with medical problems to becoming an ambassador for health and wellness. Joe was featured in the documentary Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead, which chronicled his journey throughout the United States sharing his story with any and all he encountered. The documentary also featured some of the people Joe helped along his way and how his motivation and knowledge for juicing fruits and vegetables has helped others to reclaim their lives through health and fitness.
At Reboot with Joe, their philosophy is that adding fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet on a regular basis will help the body to begin its repairing process. Juicing is a very effective way to provide the body with the nutrients of many fruits and vegetable in a more compact distribute method.
Joe Cross’ story is just one among millions of people who are being transformed everyday through incorporating juicing fruits and vegetables in their daily lives. There are many people who are turning to social networking sites for continued motivation and information about juicing. Social networks like Facebook are flooded with average people who have decided to change their lives through juicing. In addition to juicing, most of these sites encourage adapting a fitness routine to assist in building a healthier and stronger mind and body. Like Joe Cross’ website, many health professionals as well as the average person, are providing information and support tools available to anyone who needs it.
There is always some notes to consider,
As excited as we all are about juicing, it has to be said that there are no short cuts to good health. Many people are using juicing for a 3 day to a week-long detox to “reboot” their bodies but many are taking to extended juicing because they have heard through other people’s testimonies that extended juicing helped to lose weight and many have even said they were able to stop using some types of medication. Always consult your doctor before embarking on an extended juice fast. Juice fasts may be very effective but you must know your personal limitations and how juicing will affect any medical issues you have.
Something for everyone! Yummy!
