Social Media is no longer an option for business and government say experts

Social media has saturated every industry and business globally, and people who resisted are now finding consumers and customers want to not only shop Online, but engage in conversations with people of companies they buy products and services. According to Mashable.com a new study shows half of adults on signing onto to the social sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Linkedin.

The rules of engagement are different too, says Author Brian Solis in his new book, The End of Business as Usual.   He recently spoke at a VOCUS workshop to more than 1,000 people.  http://socialmediatoday.com/clifffigallo/385433/rules-smarter-engagement
