With nothing from Pixar coming up in 2014, the most anticipated animated of the year is Dreamworks' How to Train Your Dragon 2. After the first film surprised all with $500M at the box office and an Oscar nomination, the sequel arrives with expectations that it too will soar.

A new trailer and poster have been released, offering a different look at the world of dragons. Five years have passed, but the bond between Hiccup (Jay Baruchel) and Toothless has only grown stronger. In their quest to find new lands, they discover a cave with hundreds of new dragon species led by the mysterious Dragon Rider, voiced by Cate Blanchett. Meanwhile, war is on the horizon and Hiccup must again choose where his destiny lies.

Featuring the voices of Gerard Butler, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, America Ferrera, Djimon Hounsou, Kristen Wiig, TJ Miller, and Jonah Hill, How to Train Your Dragon 2 takes off on June 20th.
