Baltimore area snowstorm, Saturday February 6, 2010, steadily measuring up to the big one of '93. It's our very own Snowpocalypse! An intimidating glance out the backdoor reveals the growing depth of this snow with trees weighed down to breakage. Massive drifts have nearly overtaken the 6 foot fence and make it impossible to even open the front door without much force. There's almost no trace of structures beneath it all. It looks like, "The Day After Tomorrow". It's the kind of heavy wet snow that packs itself as it falls. In mountainous regions this makes for a deadly avalanche.
