Head north to Colorado for Snowmass Mammoth Fest this June.
The 10th Annual Snowmass Chili Pepper & Brew Fest presents Snowmass Mammoth Fest, taking place on Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8, 2013 in Snowmass Village, Colorado. This year's new location, more great music featuring 10 bands in two days and the traditional weekend of specialty chili and micro brew competitions with tastings means the Fest is growing. Tickets go on Sale Friday, March 15th 10a.m. (MST).
The June festival's lineup will include Friday headliner Return to the Dark side of the Moon, a legendary group of all-star funk-and-fusion musicians, featuring Melvin Gibbs (Defunkt, Henry Rollins); singers Corey Glover (Living Colour, Galactic); Nona Hendryx (Labelle) plus guitarist Blackbyrd McKnight (Parliament Funkadelic, Red Hot Chili Peppers); saxophonist Karl Denson (Lenny Kravitz); keyboardist Bernie Worrell (Parliament Funkadelic, Talking Heads); and drummer Sim Cain (Henry Rollins), as they explore the 40th Anniversary of Pink Floyd's Dark side of the Moon. Saturday night's headliner will feature Red Bull Records Los Angeles based indie rock artist, AWOLNATION.
