Snowman assaulted, Chesterfield Police called to the scene

Last week a homeowner called the police to report a property damage claim in the 14800 block of Benton Taylor Drive in Chesterfield after someone damaged the snowman in his yard. The snowman was knocked over. At the time, the responding officer thought that a police report was not warranted because the snowman would have melted days later. But, the homeowner insisted because he used decorative clothing that was damaged in the process.
