Snowball fight in Washington DC goes awry when undercover cop shows gun. Saturday, a snowball fight was twittered and sent out on Facebook and scheduled in Washington DC and 200 people showed up for it. It was suppose to be a friendly neighborhood snowball fight.
A passerby, who turned out to be an undercover cop, whose truck was hit with snowballs jumped out of his truck with gun drawn. Many people panicked and ran away when they saw a gun. The police received a call that a man with a gun was at the snowball fight, but when police arrived they discovered that the man was an undercover cop.
An investigation is underway to find out how and why it occurred. See video below for CNN’s story and video of the snowball fight.

So, what else is new? Typical of cops everywhere.
If it had been Vegas (not typical of our climate) the cop would have come out shooting.
One lone cop getting out in the middle of 200 people? Jeez, what do you expect?
MR. Scrooge with a badge... assault with a snowball. I hope that cop got hit in the face with a nice one..! :-) Just goes to show you never know who you might be messing with.
