Snoop Dog has had many an alias over the years. Some of them being Snoop Doggy Dogg, Snoopzilla, Snoop Lion and DJ Snoopadelic. Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr. the 42-year-old musician has another name to add to the list: Todd.

On his Instagram, Snoop is dressed in white face as "Todd." He says on video: "Hi, I'm Todd. I like to paintball, crochet and a little spoken word in my free time."Underneath the wig and the whiteface it's Snoop. The rapper created a series of "Todd" photos and videos and shared them on his Instagram on Aug. 29 in an attempt to publicize a dating website: "White Guys Connect." The site is not real, in case you were wondering.

Todd looks similar to another whitefaced Instagram star, Connor Smallnut. Smallnut is the alias taken by Nick Cannon. Cannon also dressed up in whiteface to promote his album, "White People Party Music." Cannon (unlike Snoop) was met with media backlash after he posted his videos in whiteface. His transformation was frowned upon by the media. The media wondered if the act was racist or comedic in nature. The media crucified Cannon. He was forced to defend his behavior later.

Cannon told ABC, "I felt like it's a conversation that's needed. Because we all have differences, we embrace it. I talk about it in my stand-up all the time." Snoop's whiteface act was greeted by the media with confusion rather than criticism. People wondered what he was up to with this stunt. For now, Todd has vanished and Snoop is back to his old self on Instagram. See you Todd, it's been surreal.
