Snooki, nee Nicole Polizzi, and her fiance Jionni LaValle welcomed their son, Lorenzo, in August of 2012. The diminutive reality TV star ("Jersey Shore," "Snooki & JWoww") has been working to get into shape since. On Wednesday, she shared the fruits of her labors, posting the cover from an upcoming issue of US Weekly on Instagram.
Admittedly, she had a few advantages that others do not, such as a personal trainer. Her Instagram blurb that went along with the post said:

Speaking to US, Snooki explained her weight loss:
When you have a baby, everything changes. I lost it for me, but I also wanted Jionni to know that I can be hot as a mom.

The two-piece that Snooki is seem wearing on the US cover isn't an extreme one, by any means. It's more along the lines of Barbara Eden in "I Dream of Jeannie," when the network didn't want her navel exposed. The reasons for the more demure outfit may be what Snooki told the website xoJane, that Lorenzo caused stretch marks and "a mommy pouch."
She did tell the site, though, that she wants to have four kids in total, but she already has plans for after the last one. She said she plans on having breast implants once her child-bearing years are over.
I’ve always wanted a boob job because I have big boobs, but when I take the bra off, they sag. I hate that. Everyone's telling me to get them done after I have my kids. So I'm going to pop 'em out and then get a boob job. I love Jenni's [fake] boobs, and I want boobs like that.
By Jenni, Snooki is referring to her BFF, Jenni "JWoww" Farley who was on "Jersey Shore" with Snooki (the show has been cancelled) and currently co-stars with Polizzi on the spin-off, "Snooki & JWoww."
