Snooki and JWoWW will be leaving Seaside Heights this week during the filming of Jersey Shore Season 6, Examiner.com has learned. An inside source confirms the MTV reality stars will be heading to New York City later this week to make a live appearance on ABC's The View. The June 20th interview is to promote their upcoming Jersey Shore spin-off Snooki & JWoWW which premieres Thursday, June 21 on MTV.

MTV typically has a full press week ahead of a series premiere. However, due to the filming of their original reality show, it's unclear how much press Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi and Jenni 'JWoWW' Farley will be doing. The pair did a brief media circuit talking up their show before heading to Seaside, but that was more than a month ago.
When asked for comment, a rep for MTV would only tell us the network does not comment during production.
