"Jersey Shore" star Snooki will give birth in front of millions of viewers during next week's episode of "Snooki & JWoWW," Examiner.com can confirm. On the Jan., 22 episode of her MTV reality show, the first time mom went into labor nearly two weeks earlier than her due date. Viewers were left with Snooki's doctor informing the glamorous reality star that she was more than nine centimeters pregnant and ready to push.

Next week, MTV promises to air the highly anticipated delivery of Snooki's baby. But the question remains: "Will Snooki give birth on camera?" So far, MTV cameras have been in her delivery room along with her fiance, Jionni Lavalle and "Snooki & JWoWW" co-stars, JWoWW and Roger Mathews. However, there have been no sneak peeks from inside the delivery room during the moment went Lorenzo made his entrance into the world. Instead, cameras show Snooki's parents, JWoWW and Roger leaning up against the door as she screams through one final push.

Snooki initially said the birth of her son would not be televised, but she wanted it recorded for private viewing. It's unclear, however, if she had a change of heart and will share the exact moment she became a mom with the world. Regardless, the world will meet Lorenzo Dominic LaValle for the first time on Tuesday, Jan., 29 at 10 p.m. on "Snooki & JWoWW Season 2 Episode 4" on MTV.
